The Opportunity

Hemingway Tailors has been established since 2006 and has been built steadily on a bedrock of expert tailoring and a dedication towards outstanding customer service.  This has resulted in Hemingway’s client base growing significantly year-on-year.  However, demand for Hemingway’s tailoring service far outstrips supply and to date Hemingway has not serviced UK clients beyond serviceable reach of its Yorkshire roots or London (other than pre-planned trips to North America).  
This is the reason why Hemingway has now decided to roll out a franchise associate offering so that a network of Hemingway representatives can service clients across the whole of the UK.  This unique opportunity offers the correct calibre of individuals the opportunity to buy into the brand equity of Hemingway Tailors and start to build their own business from the solid reputation that has been built up.

Unlike many franchise offerings, the company has deliberately kept the investment cost for franchisees to a minimum so that focus is around Hemingway growing its business in conjunction with building a successful network of Hemingway franchisee associates.

Being a “franchisee” means that you are taking a proven business model and existing brand and making it work for you.  You are in effect working for yourself and building your own business, yet without the loneliness and fear of “going alone”.  

From day 1 you know the model works and that all the systems and processes you need are in place… all you have to focus on is selling yourself and building up a client base (which is the easy bit).  You commit to following the processes in place and working in accordance with the agreement, but other than that you have the freedom of working for yourself and are in control of your own destiny.

Who we want

Because the model that we are operating is very different to your typical franchise model (Hemingway’s is a very low initial franchise investment fee) we are investing a lot of time and effort in ensuring that the right people come on board who can grow a profitable and scalable business.   We want to bring on and develop a network of franchisees who are ambitious, personable and very professional.
