Q: How long will it take for my 'Suit in a Box' to be delivered?
A: Once you have placed your online order, your chosen fabric will be dispatched in a luxury Hemingway gift box and will arrive within 14 days. If the chosen fabric is temporarily out of stock then you will be informed of any delay, with the option to cancel or change your order.
Q: What happens if the recipient of the gift doesn't like the fabric I have selected?
A: At Hemingway we want our clients to be completely satisfied with their garments and will endeavour to assist should this issue arise. We will be happy to discuss alternative fabrics that may be more appropriate with yourself and the gift recipient.
Q: Do I need to provide their measurements?
A: No, as part of the 'Suit in a Box' experience, we will send one of our visiting tailors to take the recipient's exact measurements, to ensure a perfectly fitting suit. The appointment can take place at the client's convenience, either at their home or office, or on Savile Row itself.
Q: How quickly can we arrange an appointment with Hemingway?
A: Once the 'Suit in a Box' is received, the recipient can call us to book their first appointment and we normally ask for 14 days notice to ensure we can meet your requested diary date.
Q: Can I make an appointment for one of Hemingway's tailors now or do I have to wait for the gift to arrive?
A: A 'Suit in a Box' is often ordered as a gift for a special occasion, such as a birthday or anniversary, and we understand that some customers wish to add to the surprise by arranging for one of our tailors to visit on the day the gift is received. Q: Can we choose for the fabric to be created into any style of suit?

A: Please call us to discuss.
