In order to book your consultation please complete the form below. Please indicate three possible dates and times that you might be available and we will be back in touch within 2 working days, by email, to confirm your appointment. Appointments will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, or are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, a £50 re-booking fee will be charged.

We are open Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
